This page explains how to delete your FootWordle account (published by Mehmet Kurtgöz) and the personal data linked to it. You can delete the whole account, or ask us to delete only part of your data and keep the account.

Option 1 — In the app

Once the in-app option is available in your version:

  1. Open FootWordle and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately and removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

  1. From the email address linked to your account (the Google or Apple address you sign in with), send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my FootWordle account". You do not need to include any password.
  3. We verify the request against your account and delete it within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

Delete only some of your data (keep your account)

You can ask us to delete part of your data without closing your account:

  1. From the email address linked to your account, send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my FootWordle data" and tell us exactly what to remove (for example your statistics, your player collection or your leaderboard entries).
  3. We action the request within 30 days and email you when it is done. Your account stays active.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: username, avatar and country.
  • Your gameplay data: solved-player collection and card levels, puzzle results and guesses, statistics (win rate, games played, streaks), credit balance and leaderboard entries.
  • Your account identifiers (FootWordle user ID) and authentication tokens.
  • Analytics and crash-diagnostic records associated with your account identifier (deletion is also requested from our analytics providers).

What is kept, and for how long

  • Purchase and transaction records (in-app purchases made through Google Play or the App Store) are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law — up to 10 years — and are de-identified from your profile where possible. Payment details are held by Google/Apple, never by us.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you (for example overall puzzle statistics).
  • Records we must keep to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute, for as long as that obligation applies.

Notes

  • Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
  • Deletion is permanent. Your collection, stats, credits and leaderboard history cannot be restored afterwards.

2. Seçenek — E‑posta ile

  2. Konu satırına "FootWordle hesabımı sil" yaz. Herhangi bir şifre eklemene gerek yok.
  3. Talebi hesabınla eşleştirip 30 gün içinde sileriz. İşlem bittiğinde sana e‑posta atarız.

Verilerinin yalnızca bir kısmını sil (hesabını tut)

Hesabını kapatmadan verilerinin bir kısmının silinmesini isteyebilirsin:

  1. Hesabına bağlı e‑posta adresinden [email protected] adresine e‑posta gönder.
  2. Konu satırına "FootWordle verilerimi sil" yaz ve tam olarak neyin kaldırılacağını belirt (ör. istatistiklerin, oyuncu koleksiyonun veya liderlik tablosu kayıtların).
  3. Talebi 30 gün içinde yerine getirir ve bittiğinde sana e‑posta atarız. Hesabın aktif kalır.

Silinen veriler

  • Profilin: kullanıcı adı, avatar ve ülke.
  • Oyun verilerin: çözülen oyuncu koleksiyonu ve kart seviyeleri, bulmaca sonuçları ve tahminler, istatistikler (kazanma oranı, oynanan oyun, seriler), kredi bakiyesi ve liderlik tablosu kayıtları.
  • Hesap tanımlayıcıların (FootWordle kullanıcı kimliği) ve kimlik doğrulama jetonları.
  • Hesap tanımlayıcınla ilişkili analitik ve çökme tanılama kayıtları (silme, analitik sağlayıcılarımızdan da talep edilir).

Saklanan veriler ve süresi

  • Satın alma ve işlem kayıtları (Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılan uygulama içi satın alımlar) ilgili vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca — 10 yıla kadar — saklanır ve mümkün olan yerde profilinden ayrıştırılır. Ödeme bilgileri Google/Apple'da tutulur, bizde asla tutulmaz.
  • Artık seninle ilişkilendirilemeyen toplu veya kimliksizleştirilmiş veriler (ör. genel bulmaca istatistikleri).
  • Bir hukuki yükümlülüğe uymak veya bir uyuşmazlığı çözmek için tutmamız gereken kayıtlar, o yükümlülük geçerli olduğu sürece.

Notlar

  • Hesabını silmek, ücretli bir aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliği Google Play veya App Store hesap ayarlarından iptal et.
  • Silme kalıcıdır. Koleksiyonun, istatistiklerin, kredilerin ve liderlik geçmişin sonrasında geri getirilemez.
